"Hello, my name is Jayla Devaughn and I’m the founder of A.S.K Sisterhood. I started this Sisterhood because I saw a real need for stronger online sisterhoods—spaces where women can connect, uplift, and support each other. A.S.K Sisterhood is all about fostering genuine relationships, empowerment, and a sense of belonging. I’m excited to share more about our mission and how we’re making a difference.
1. Mutual Support: Being there for each other through challenges, whether
emotional, physical, or mental. It's about lifting each other up when times get
tough.
2. Empowerment: Celebrating each other achievements and pushing each other
to grow and succeed. Sisterhood is often about creating a space where everyone
can feel safe to express themselves and pursue their dreams.
3. Shared Growth: Through sisterhood, we learn from one another. It's not just
about being there for each other in the good times, but also about learning from
each other & strengths, weaknesses, and experiences.
4. Solidarity: In a larger sense, sisterhood can also refer to women coming
together to support each other in a world that sometimes marginalizes them.
Sisterhood is such a powerful concept—it’s about unity, support, and empowerment. Your mission as a sisterhood could focus on lifting each other up, building strong bonds, and creating a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Whether it's about nurturing personal growth, advocating for each other, or making a positive impact in the community, the mission can be a reflection of shared values and a commitment to collective well-being.
